Water lilies that grow naturally in Japan for a long time
Covered with soil and tied from water
White and pretty sheep
I believe that people can be more beautiful
On a small hill at the foot of Mount Kurohime, Kita Shinshu. On the grassland facing the white violet colored mountains, cows are peacefully grazing. The land changes richly between seasons, with deep snow in winter and fireflies dancing in summer. A pleasant stream gently echoed in the forest as the bear walked. We has been cultivated this beautiful hillside forest for nine years. A small ranch, a farm, an orchard, and a beehive, all shining in the forest. Some huts have been built. Using the wood, stone, and soil of the land, as well as the scrap wood gathered over the years, us the family will build a house together and pursue their dream of living with horses and sheep.
Rooted in the earth, surrendered to the water, looking up at the sky day after day,
bearing white flowers of modest and graceful beauty.
Water lilies grow wild since ancient Japan, ''Hitsujigusa (pygmy waterlily)''.
We found this place and were struck by the beauty of the flowers blooming at the water's edge, and wished to live like that, though not quite in the same way but at least we wanted to try. We’ve seen the true beauty of Japan and the world. That's why we really want to tell people about that. Nature used to be more prosperous and more beautiful than today. The calm and clear eyes of the people who live there, their deep spirituality, and the beauty of human life itself. This is not mere nostalgia but an essential key to creating a new world as we stand at the times' turning point. What each of us thinks, chooses, and acts on a daily basis makes up a society, a country, and everything in this world. So, let's start with the change we want to make in the world from our little house. Eventually, those efforts will become the power to move the world. With all of the love, sensitivity, and creativity I have, I want to live with my family and nature.
The things about to be disappeared from this world are too beautiful and precious to be lost. And we are probably the last generation capable of carrying on this to the next generation.
